The proposed design outperforms traditional non-isolated multi-input DC-DC converters by offering superior voltage boosting while utilizing fewer inductors. It operates flexibly as a single-input dual-output, dual-input single-output, or single-input single-output system, adapting seamlessly to varying energy flows between sources and loads. Additionally, it ensures maximum power point tracking for the solar PV source and maintains output voltage regulation through a multi-objective control architecture based on competitive mode selector. Steady-state and dynamic simulation results are provided to validate the performance of the converter across multiple operating modes. © 2024 IEEE.Dual-input convertermulti-port converterrenewable energy systemsolar PV-battery systemA Three-Port Converter for Integrating Solar PV-Battery Systems with DC Loads
