Structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral studies and C, H, N analyses. Newly synthesized compounds were screened for their anticonvulsant and anti-inflammatory properties. Few of the compounds exhibited excellent anticonvulsant activity as compared to the standard drug Diazepam.
