Abstract
In the title compound, C<inf>16</inf>H<inf>12</inf>Cl<inf>2</inf>O <inf>4</inf>, the dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 70.11 (6)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C-H?O hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional network. A C-H?? inter-action is also observed.
