Abstract

The Apartment 2 or 3 Bedroom, Hall and Kitchen (BHK) layouts are a carefully thought-out method to incorporate home furnishings, family accommodations and extra amenities for maximizing a family member’s pleasure. Based on volume measures and inter-department distances, the flat layout problem (FLP) is an optimization problem that aims to ascertain the form and placement of different departments within a layout. One of the main techniques now employed for the optimization of these flat layouts is the CRAFT algorithm. The objective is to use this method to analyze and evaluate the many modular flat layouts that have been offered. Lowering the layout’s overall cost is the aim. The distance between the departments and the flow of humans will determine this.
