Abstract
This project aims to partition the processing load into two cores of a dual core processor on AUTOSAR based systems by analyzing the coupling between different application software components(ASWs). BMS implemented on AUTOSAR based single core processor using in-house developed AUTOSAR stack development tool is the reference for this work. The major part of it is data profiling, in which we find out the coupling between application software components in terms of no of interfaces, memory and task, so that we can effectively partition ASWs to achieve good parallel processing and hence improve the throughput. AUTOSAR layered architecture allows the application development independent of underlying hardware. Migrating to a dual core platform is made more simpler by the in-house developed AUTOSAR stack development tool. © 2019 IEEE.
