dc.description.abstractIn the current period of technical innovations, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are a crucial utilization made in the modern age smart environments. Wireless sensors localization is acknowledged among the dynamic features and still the main problem concerning in WSN applications. This paper targets to encounter the issue of determining and optimizing the locations of sensor nodes in the network model when the data among the nodes is transferred wirelessly. Firstly, the network model is constructed with the sensor nodes. Then, Pelican Optimization Algorithm(POA) has been used to detect and optimize the location of sensor nodes. Finally, cost of the proposed system is estimated. It is mainly used to resolve the issues based on connectivity and coverage of nodes. Experimental result shows that the proposed work moves towards the appropriate node location and provide minimum localization error. The proposed system is outsourced from the exiting works through the performance metrics such as packet delivery ratio, throughput, end to end delay and energy consumption. © 2023 IEEE.
